Staff must strictly adhere to all community guidelines, professional conduct standards, and role-specific procedures. Violations of rules or unprofessional behavior will result in disciplinary action or removal from position.
Final Authority
The Founder holds ultimate decision-making authority on all matters concerning staff management, policy changes, and community direction. All major decisions and appeals are subject to Founder approval and review.
