System Overview

Our revolutionary wage system prevents super teams by implementing strategic salary caps based on player ratings, ensuring competitive balance across all leagues.

Fair Competition

No team can hoard all the elite players. With a $4.25M wage budget and rating-based salaries, teams must make strategic decisions about their roster composition.

Strategic Planning

Managers must balance their 25-player roster between expensive elite players and cost-effective youth prospects to stay within budget limits.

Full Transparency

All transactions, bonuses, and wage payments are logged and visible to the community, ensuring complete financial transparency.

Dynamic Market

Transfer funds are separate from wages, allowing teams to trade players while managing their salary commitments independently.

Wage Structure by Player Rating

Player salaries are determined by their exact rating from 60-95. Higher-rated players command higher salaries, with Rating 95 players earning $600K and Rating 60-64 players earning the minimum $100K.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about the new wage system and transfer management

What’s the difference between Transfer Funds and Wage Budget?

Transfer Funds are your available money for buying players, while Wage Budget ($4.25M) is strictly for paying player salaries. When you buy a player, it costs Transfer Funds. When the season ends, all wage commitments are deducted from your Transfer Funds.

Can I exceed the $4.25M wage budget?

No, the wage budget is a hard cap. You cannot sign players if their combined salaries would exceed $4.25M. This prevents super teams and maintains competitive balance.

How are player wages determined?

Player wages are fixed based on their exact rating from 60-95. Higher-rated players command higher salaries, with Rating 95 players earning $600K and Rating 60-64 players earning the minimum $100K.

What happens to streaming bonuses and league point rewards?

All existing bonuses remain the same and are added to your Transfer Funds: $500K for 50+ viewers, $1M for 100+ viewers, $2M for 200+ viewers, and $1.5M for every 5 league points earned.

Can I loan players under the new system?

Yes! Loaning works the same way, but now you also transfer the wage responsibility. The team receiving the loan pays both the loan fee and the player’s wage during the loan period.
